We understand the catastrophic effects of climate change and biodiversity loss, and are fully committed to ensuring our planet is habitable for our children and the generations to come.

Sustainability is central to our work, without us ever compromising on style.  Our founder, Simone, is central to the design industry’s sustainability strategy through her work at the British Institute of Interior Design (BIID), the Construction Industry Council Climate Change Committee (CIC) and as a founding signatory of Interior Design Declares.

We believe the Paris Agreement and United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals provide tangible frameworks on which to base our business, and by 2030 we envisage a UK interior design industry that engages fully with these frameworks and:

  • leads the efforts in reversing the built environment’s impact on climate change
  • incorporates circular economy practices and sustainable products as part of daily business life, and at no extra cost to clients
  • innovates in sustainable design for indoor environments
  • is accountable by collectively delivering on science-based targets for a 1.5C temperature reduction, in accord with the Paris Agreement
